Cowboy Heavenly Babe

What a pure bundle of JOY!! Our Cowboy quilt made it to the doorstep of some sweet friends of our sons' in Russia...we thought he might need a little Cowboy Dreams in the St Petersburg landscape. Our friend is saying that getting a quilt in Russia is just a real special treat and does not happen that often, so that makes this little babes journey even more unique. He already has a Russian Mama that is beautiful inside and out and he has a American Papa that is remarkable in so many ways, and now a great father too. So, we jumped up and down today when we saw the babe enjoying our creation. It could not have come on a better day, as we are still looking for nursing positions here in Indiana....a hard nut to crack this time! God is so very good though....our Joy..... Currently, I am starting a Birdie Quilt for our youngest Grandgal Amelia, better know as Millie, or Millipede....she is a live wire that never stop moving!! Gathering

There is NOTHING like getting your entire family together at Christmas! Time is soon coming when our grandkids will starting choosing colleges and jobs that will scatter them too. Can it be possible for that to be happening in a few years? Time is fleeting!! Treasure it!
The grandkids love to get together and just hang out....playing games, swimming this time together. Memories and bonds that God has certainly blessed our family with.


The pictures say more than I can with words...there are more!!...talking, laughing, even just looking over books that were given as gifts. Our family enjoys reading....just getting together when we all can...we are blessed....so blessed!! Quilted Love, Always!! Kari
